2016 policy update
AT DEJAY’S DESIGNS WE VALUE THE BUSINESS OF ALL OUR CLIENTS. IN ORDER TO INSURE THAT WE ARE PROVIDING YOU WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS QUALITY PRODUCT. WE HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE A FEW CHANGES TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAVING THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. BELOW YOU WILL FIND DETAILS ON HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR YOUR PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICE.
All turnarounds are based on the projects that are in front of you. Normal turnaround is approximately 14-30 business days (depending on the type of design and the amount of work you need completed.) Flyers and tshirt designs 5-7 business days only.
BY PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU ARE SECURING YOUR DESIGN SPOT. BE ABSOLOUTELY SURE THAT YOU WANT TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER 48 HRS AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
ALL RUSH ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO ADDITIONAL FEES.
THE OUTCOME OF YOUR DESIGN IS A REFLECTION OF THE INPUT GIVEN. BE SPECIFIC WITH YOUR REQUEST TO AVOID ERROR AND COSTLY REDRAW FEES. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU'RE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR INITIAL PROOF, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF YOU REQUEST A NEW SET OF CONCEPTS. SO BE VERY CLEAR WITH YOUR REQUEST TO AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. AFTER THAT, JUST BE PATIENT AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF MORE INFORMATION IS NEEDED.
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN FULL AFTER THE COMPLETITION OF YOUR ORDER FORM. THE ORDER FORM WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL.
